Strategic Pricing Analyst I

Job Summary:
 
Effectively manage price, volume and share for North America. Analyze and implement pricing strategies based on multiple data points while optimizing the company’s profitability   Provide consistent, reliable, and accurate in depth pricing insight to multiple levels of leadership. Partner with a variety of departments within the company to develop and implement strategic pricing plans and engaging with leadership to work on various projects. 
 
Responsibilities: 
    * Assisting multiple levels of leadership on strategic job decisions to balance price, volume and share goals. This includes exploring various metrics and reporting tools to make pricing decisions
    * Work seamlessly with sales office and products teams to execute the right price at the right time for the project based on the bill of material, competition, and vertical market type
    * Support and communicate the development and refinement of tools, policies, and procedures that enhance existing performance and promote change
    * Manage strategic pricing programs (formal/informal) as needed
    * Act as a business partner, strategic job leader, and trusted advisor to the Sales Offices and Product Leadership teams to drive Price, Volume, and Share. Includes consistent communication with sales managers, product teams, and Leadership along with using pricing/reporting tools like KPI & AHRI data.
    * Support, maintain, and enhance the different systems we work within
    * Additional Ad-hoc assignments that may arise
 
Qualifications:
    * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or finance.
    * Preferred 3-5 years professional business experience
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Strong analytical/problem solving skills and independent thinker
    * Product and/or HVAC Industry knowledge a plus
    * Ability to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
    * Ability to develop strong internal partnerships & collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization.
