Join a P&G category that plays hard and is winning! Personal Care (PC) is the growth category in P&G Beauty with two years of exceeding NOS and DOPAT goals! Antiperspirants & Deodorants (APDO) is key to those results with 12 consecutive quarters of share growth!  We are looking for a team member to join Personal Care Packaging working in APDO as part of an agile team supporting PC OGSM with FMOT/SMOT superiority, sustainability choices, and cost savings on brands which include Old Spice (newest $1 Billion dollar brand) and Ivory (one of P&G’s oldest brands). 
 
PC APDO Packaging enables initiatives, identifies opportunities to execute technical changes for improved productivity, quality, and cost savings by following robust technical readiness principles and leveraging solid science. We nurture an inclusive culture where we can grow and perform at our peak. As a result, we work cross-functionally on package supply chains, packing lines, and material qualification across a broad range of packaging technologies and forms. 
 
This role requires strong technical, collaboration, and communication skills to be successful. This candidate will be a leader and organized to manage the variety of projects collaborating across multiple functions, plants, and suppliers. They will provide Packaging ownership across projects for initiative execution, cost savings, supply assurance, quality, and capability building. 
 
Job Qualifications
    * Operates with Discipline – The candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain technical rigor and quality. The ability to work independently and set priorities is vital. Accountability and organization skills are needed. Through this role, the candidate will have strong coaching support and skill development but will be asked to lead several programs.
    * Bring Out Our Best – Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills are imperative. This role works with multiple functions, levels, suppliers, and manufacturing sites, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is important due to the fast-paced and frequent changes. In addition, timely written communication such as technical delivery plans and reports, packing standards, testing and qualification protocols and reports is expected.
    * Technical Mastery – The ideal candidate has demonstrated strong technical and problem-solving skills. A desire to dig into the technical details, find solutions, and recommend next steps is critical. Knowledge of the SIMPL initiative process, packaging work process, and technical readiness process is desired.
    * Agility and Adaptability – Due to the fast-paced and changing category, project direction and priorities may change quickly, so the ability to adapt in order to pivot, and respond to change is desired. Ability to handle numerous projects while staying focused on key priorities and delivering projects on-time. 
    * Specifications and Standards – Willingness to grow understanding specification creation and review resulting in the delivery of quality specifications in Enovia.
