Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and testing of computer programs, databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members to determine requirements and participate in design discussions.
- Display ownership and responsibility for the projects you work on.
- Responsible for the validation of computer systems.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Four-year Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years programming experience.
- Ability to efficiently consume user requirements and build robust systems from that input.
- Effective at communicating software design and implementation details to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to understand existing procedures / processes and apply that knowledge to new or updated projects.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Continuous desire to self-educate in areas of programming and technology.
- Experience with C#, Windows application, SQL Server / databases, Excel or other data analysis tools is a strong plus.
