Responsibilities:
 
The responsibilities of the ITIL Service Manager are to:
 
·      Designing and implementing the process based on the ITIL framework
·      Producing documents that outline policies for each ITIL process
·      Overseeing the process adherence across the environment
·      Facilitating the restoration of any disruption to the services to the normal operation as quickly as possible
·      Responsible for monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems, technology
·      Training and awareness of processes across all groups, to ensure that everyone embraces the standards and best practices
·      Providing comprehensive reporting and analysis to the stakeholders
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skill; ability to articulate and captivate the audience
