COVID Workforce Response Coordinator

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Office of Human Resources & Safety is currently seeking two human resources professionals to serve as a COVID Workforce Response Coordinator. These are non-permanent positions that support the agency’s mission, values, and goals by providing expert professional level consultation to employees, managers, and executives; processing request/tasks related to COVID and the agency protocol to responding to exposures and positive cases in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Department of Health (DOH) and Labor & Industries (L&I) guidelines. As a COVID Response Coordinator, you will independently analyze, problem solve, and interpret policies and procedures in response to complex questions about leave and safety protocols supported in accordance with the abovementioned regulators and agency policy.
