Housing Programs Assistant Community Connections

Full Time

Starting Rate: $17.35

 

This position is responsible for providing services to consumers and their families working with agency homeless programs and assisting individuals referred for services for housing assistance. Assistance includes acting as the central point of contact for service providers and agencies, creating service plans in accordance to programming needs, completing paperwork necessary to receive program assistance, tracking participant program compliance, coordinating services, and maintaining up-to-date individual client files. 

Requirements include: Associates Degree in Human Services/Social Services or related field; certification under the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) is preferred. A minimum of four (4) years human service or behavioral health experience and knowledge of human services in Franklin County, and computer experience in word processing and database required. Or, any equivalent combination of experience and training.
