Education Services Specialist (E&IS) (Fort Knox, KY)

This position is part of the Army Fellows Program and is a CIVILIAN position with the Department of the Army.

In this role you will, conduct education outreach and develop partnerships with secondary and post-secondary schools, as well as state and national education organizations. Interpret tests and assessment inventories. Conduct interpretations of tests and inventories delivered in computer-based or paper-and-pencil format. Utilize state and national labor market information during career exploration processes. Develop schedules and reports in support of educational programs and initiatives. Use databases to extract and analyze data and generate reports. Coordinate communication to field staff regarding marketing leads and scheduling requests. Manage and conduct training and briefings/presentations on established programs (such as Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), Career Exploration Program (CEP), CEP internet Computer Adaptive Testing (iCAT), and the Slow Down, Sell Faster sales methodology). Research, prepare and conduct executive level briefings to a variety of audiences in various formats and venues.
