Chef Assistant - Summer Camp

Camp Winaukee is looking for someone with basic culinary background to learn from and assist our Executive Chef as his second in command. This person will gain incredible hands on experience under a hardworking, team-oriented Executive Chef with over 30 years of professional dining, catering and restaurant experience.

The Chef's assistant will help with food prep, training and overseeing front and back of house servers and general kitchen staff. They will assist in our prep kitchen and oversee service in our second kitchen. They will gain experience with leadership, communication, food service, staff supervision in both front and back of house at sleep-away camp serving 3 meals a day to about 275 people.

Ideal candidate is eager to learn, team oriented, hard working and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Camp Winaukee is an all boys sleep-away camp in New Hampshire.
