About the Role
Esporter is hiring a gaming enthusiast who will design and build features that power the next great gaming experience. We are looking for hungry and talented full stack engineers who will report directly to the CTO. You will be an early member of the team focussed on shipping the first version of our product. You will create microservices, integrate web services, and build the web-front-end of our product. - Get to help define the foundational stack of our product
- Grow your skills and build features end-to-end, getting exposure to all layers of the stack
- Contribute to many areas including design and product

What You'll Bring:
- 2-5 years of consumer facing application development experience
- Strong in JavaScript fundamentals and libraries, HTML/CSS
- Experience with creating backend services with Python, Go or Javascript and tying to user-interface features
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React and Vue
- Experience with RESTful APIs and how to integrate server data into a web application
- Understanding of use cases for relational and non-relational data, and experience with database platforms (RDBMS, NoSQL, shared storage, ETLs, queuing systems, Pub/Sub, Message Buses)
- Experience with HTML optimizations including CDN usage, caching strategies and efficient media handling
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Bonus:
- BS or MS Computer Science/related fields or relevant bootcamp
- Passionate about creating games or products for gamers
- Experience working in CI/CD workflows
- Test-driven development
