Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
 
Reporting to: Director of Talent Acquisition
 
Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing multiple TA projects, filling positions in the company, sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability while providing the best candidate experience. He/she is in charge of planning and developing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for the office and field employees.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate phone and in-person interviews for all candidates while providing stellar candidate experience
  • Participate in the development and design of the HRIS; enhance the electronic onboarding process, eliminating manual paperwork and enhancing candidate experience
  • Create and provide candidates with applicant assessments to effectively assess candidate suitability/eligibility for job openings based on applicant’s strengths and experience
  • Work together with the Director of TA for any hiring/ staffing needs, open and termed positions
  • Obtain and possess a full working knowledge of all open, or opening roles and stay current with potential and upcoming staffing needs across all departments; create job descriptions
  • Participate in trainings for new hires and existing employees with the HR management team
  • Conduct interview workshops with first-round-interview candidates to ensure only top talent is presented to management
  • Create and process job postings on Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn and the intranet; manage and maintain online recruiting accounts, social media platforms and career sites
  • Maintain tracker of potential resumes and future candidate pipeline resumes
  • Outsource recruiting measures which includes locating and attending off-site hiring events, job fairs; set up and maintain promotional items for events
  • Maintain relationships with executive recruitment firms
  • Draft offers for full-time, part-time and per diem positions and send to the Director of Operations for approval
  • Recommend applicants for interviews with hiring managers for related positions
  • Track the background check process for candidates; check previous employment, reference verifications and education
  • Provide continual updates on work progress and challenges and monthly reporting to the TA Director

Qualifications

  • College degree in related field
  • Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven capability of driving systems and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Brilliant Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs & deadlines
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer applications
  • Great attention to detail
