Systems Analyst II
JOB SUMMARY
The Systems Analyst II will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting and enhancing systems related to the electronic data interchange (EDI), EVV and related platforms. This position will also support other IT systems and software.
JOB DUTIES
- Support the electronic data interchange (EDI) platform
- Utilize CDCN platforms, including 1EDI, Solomon, Docuware, etc.
- Provide Tier 3 support for the EDI Team and EDI Helpdesk
- Troubleshoot escalated EDI issues
- Experience in optimizing SQL scripts
- Design, test, and implement solutions for processing efficiencies
- Work as a team player
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of operations experience with 1EDI Source platform
- Two years experience scripting with SQL
- Five years experience of data structure, mapping, and file processing knowledge, specific to ANSI X12 files
- Excellent verbal and written communication and technical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational/project management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Visual Basic, JSON preferred
- Degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements
- If remote, employee must provide their own reliable Internet service
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
