Senior Analyst FP&A

The Senior Analyst on the Chief Medical Office finance support team will have a key role in monthly actuals, budgeting/strategic planning, and forecasting. The Senior Analyst will partner with Finance as well as the Chief Medical Office’s leadership team in the creation of budgets and forecasts. This position will be involved in supporting the organization by handling inquiries related to budget/forecast and results as well as partnering on additional financial needs and advising on all financial matters, including FTE analysis. This position will be responsible for reporting results to business partners and creating related presentation materials. The role will report directly to the FP&A Manager for the Chief Medical Office.

Must be able to multi-task and work effectively toward deadlines. Must be a naturally curious self-starter who is willing to take risks.

Other responsibilities for the Senior Analyst include but are not limited to:
- Taking a key role in creating accurate and timely department reporting
- Key role in capital and expense budget and forecast process
- Creating measures to ensure accuracy in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Triangulating data to determine appropriate path
- Partnering in providing budget and forecast visibility to senior leadership
- Developing a deep understanding of accounting underpinnings of performance
- Ensuring budgeting and forecasting processes are well documented with detailed procedures
- Representing Chief Medical Office Finance support on cross-functional teams
- Supporting ad hoc projects

- 2+ years budgeting and forecasting experience

Preferred Qualifications :
- Ability to partner well across large enterprises
- Ability to effectively communicate – oral and written, across many levels of the organization including senior management
- SAS/S4 Experience
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, strong PPT skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects
- MBA
- Large Organization Experience

Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance or Business.
