The Resource Manager - Staffing is the vital extension of the branch, and is responsible for all branch functions in addition to ensuring that the branch is compliant with all state and federal laws and is profitable.
- Up to 100% travel
- Leads the staffing branch
- Sets goals and objectives for staffing operation and growth in accordance with company philosophy, policy and goals
- Responsible to develop the sales and business plans for the branch
- Identifies and conducts sales activities to ensure adequate pipelines for business development
- Provides direction for team members and makes day to day operational decisions
- Manages all financial components to ensure branch is profitable
- Develops and implements a recruitment plan to support growth of business
- Takes orders from customers
- Fills open orders
- Make service calls to existing and potential customers
- Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives
- Position requires up to 100% travel with extended stays in various branches throughout the country.
