With recent digital sales growth, the management of ecommerce platforms has become increasingly important. Ensuring the entire digital funnel is optimized is key to additional revenue growth in coming years.
The position will include analyzation of digital sales funnels identifying ways to optimize through each phase from awareness to conversion.

The Role
The Off Premise team is looking for an energetic, nimble, and inquisitive intern who is interested in the digital sales funnel and influences throughout. The role is highly cross functional and will provide exposure and experience within marketing, ecommerce, and technology.

Responsibilities
·        The role works collaboratively to optimize the Applebee’s digital sales funnels with concentration on the Applebee’s mobile app and third party delivery providers such as Doordash and Uber Eats.
  • Provide recommendations for deep dive analysis
·        The role will learn and assist in the digital testing process
  • Leverage the latest analytical tools and data mining techniques. Data driven decisions will be critical in optimizing the funnels.
  • Learn and assist in preparing and presenting test results to share learnings and align on best next steps for customer experience optimization
  • Create presentations leveraging data visualization tools that clearly communicate and represent ideas to diverse work groups
  • Collaborates cross functionally to drive overall digital performance
Skills & Requirements:
·        Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a college or university
·        Excellent communication and writing skills
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Power Point, and Excel
·        Critical attention to detail      
·        A self starter with strong time management skills
·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·        Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
·        Enjoys collaboration and has an ability to build cross functional relationships
