Business Development Representative

Seeking an entrepreneurial 2022 or recent college graduate as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a growing national eCommerce company, FoamOrder. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office per week and 2-3 days remote. The candidate would ideally be based in or willing to move to the San Francisco Bay Area for this job, the office and warehouse are in Richmond, CA. Would consider a fully remote position for the right candidate. You will gain experience working on a team developing and qualifying new clients and learning the basics of online sales and marketing. Good performance will lead to an opportunity to become a Account Executive after 9-12 months. This new employee will help build a multi-million dollar new business and play a significant role in building our company, while receiving strong hands-on training and mentorship.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate customer leads by sending outbound emails on a daily basis. 
  • Manage outbound prospecting
  • Manage pipeline tracking with the goal of continually improving lead generation performance
  • Qualify leads through discussions with potential customers
  • Test and qualify industries/markets to build new channels of opportunity
  • Train on products and approach
  • Research and evaluate additional leads/prospects through web research.
  • Utilize ZoomInfo and ZoomEngage to generate customer outreach.
  • Set up meetings between prospective customers and account executives.
