General Intern with AboveBoard (a True Company)

Internship Overview:
Our interns are key players on the team, doing real work that is important to the progress of the company. You will be working alongside key stakeholders across every business unit - including marketing, sales, product and HR, on a number of different areas across the organization. Projects will be including but not limited to research, marketing, marketing operations, outbound sales strategy and execution, planning and development of market outreach, company culture/people operations initiatives, and data entry/analysis.

This is an entrepreneurial environment with a lot of opportunities to make an impact. As such, we are looking for individuals with the ability to be proactive and take initiative. Our internships are open to any and all majors/backgrounds and geared towards anyone with a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) who wants to gain experience in a startup environment. 

No specific experience or major is necessary. This is a general Internship intended to provide exposure to multiple areas of a fast-growing start-up. Placements will be based on the business need. Interns will participate in a series of workshops, events, and 1:1s to help shape their overall experience, provide feedback, and enable a true impact on the business at AboveBoard. Ideally, we are looking for interns to join the team, and explore the business with the intention of converting to a permanent role with Aboveboard!

This is a Full-time opportunity, fully remote, with a flexible schedule and guaranteed 40hrs a week. The incoming Intern cohort term will start June 16 - Dec 15, 2022

The specifics:
  • 1+ yr of professional experience is preferred 
  • 100% remote 
  • Full-time, 40hrs a week, required
  • 6-month minimum internship contracts with the opportunity to extend and/or join the team permanently 
  • Paid internship, not for college credit, must be US citizen, no sponsorships available
