IT Supprot Analyst is responsible for managing IT systems and ensuring productivity is not lost due to system outages, downtime or IT infrastructure not being ready in a timely manner. Candidate will anticipate issues, be a problem solver and the calm presence in a crisis, while providing comprehensive service to in-house and remote staff.

 

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage all IT systems
  • Perform all tasks related to IT onboarding of new employees, both remote and in house
  • Troubleshoot IT and software-related questions from staff
  • Implement and develop help desk and IT operations best practices, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
  • Deploying hardware and software
  • Support a multi-location environment with the expectation that anyone can productively work from anywhere, anytime

 

Skills / Experience You Will Need:
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • IT helpdesk, IT Support, lifecycle management tools & best practices
  • Understanding of system architecture: network topologies, Microsoft domains, web/internet architectures, security best practices
  • Security standards: PCI, GDPR, Privacy Shield, various regulatory guidelines
  • Cloud-based techniques: IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, private vs public cloud
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Understanding of how financial services
  • Ability to communicate orally and written in a professional manner
  • Work well both alone or in a team setting

Additional Skills Desired :
  • Any programing skills, Python, R, C, Java, JS/Java script are highly desireable
  • Any Salesforce / SFDC administration
  • Microsoft certification are a huge plus
