As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.  

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

This position is for a June 2022 start.

About The Team
The Client Experience Team works with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.

What You Will Be Doing
The Product Support Representative (Client Experience Representative) will be the primary business support and impact analyst for global clients from all sectors of the financial industry including banking, broker/dealer, asset management, hedge fund and custody. This role requires you to become a product subject matter expert. This is a position that requires the individual to interact extensively with the client for ongoing operational and business support.

  • You will manage clients as their single point of contact
  • You will coordinate and assist with product demonstrations and knowledge calls
  • You will maintain client support and upgrade Information
  • You will attend operational and application support meetings

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, finance, accounting or other relevant degree,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
