What will you do?
- Plan how we can measure Policy Administration System performance via analytics tools
- Help with support and training of Production Support Engineers and with customer escalations
- Participate as Product Owner for a project critical to Servicing Initiative strategy
- Projects will encompass the product life cycle thereby giving you exposure to what product managers do and what their role is in these phases.
What do you need?
- Currently enrolled in a BS program in Engineering, Business, UX, or other high analytical fields.
- Have taken courses in engineering, product management, business, economics, or design/ UX
- Excellent communication skills. You know how to effectively and efficiently communicate. You are not afraid to hop on a Zoom call to share ideas or feedback. Comfortable asking questions and problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn. You are a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are resilient and can move quickly to get things done.
- You're analytical. You have experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting data.
