Responsibilities of the role:
∝ Gather related industry information through cold calls
∝ Conduct qualitative market research and in-depth interviews with industry professionals
∝ Source candidates online and offline based on the qualifications of different positions
∝ Coordinate the interview scheduling between candidates and the clients and remind them ahead
∝ Support Business development team to reach out to potential customers and industry professionals
∝ Make the professional and data-driven weekly newsletter
∝ Assist the team to do other assigned tasks
Requirement of the role:
∝Preferred who can onboarding and is willing to relocate to NY office before April
∝ Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in the fields of business, marketing, psychology, sociology, or related.
∝ Working experience in start-ups and small organizations is a plus
∝ Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
∝ Self-discipline and being able to work independently
∝ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∝ Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin both written and verbal
∝ Quick learner, multitasks, and relentless resilience
∝ Adapt positively to stressful situations
