Position
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to further develop the firm’s recruiting capabilities. This encompasses gathering business intelligence, supporting various searches for our clients, and developing targeted recruitment strategies. Working with our Market Knowledge (i.e. Research) team and Senior Recruiters, the Associate Recruiter will gain a deep understanding of the executive search industry as well as learn a significant amount about the alternative investment space, including the markets/products that pertain to specific searches. This role comes with excellent growth and development opportunities, as well as the ability to take on additional responsibility as specialized knowledge is gained over time.
Responsibilities
‐ Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic and hiring needs; devise and carry out a targeted sourcing and research strategy to address client needs
‐ Be an integral part of the entire search process from origination to close, gaining direct mentorship from both the Market Knowledge team and Senior Search Leads
‐ Source, identify, and screen suitable candidates by developing expertise in the financial industry to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
‐ Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships by actively networking in the industry
An ideal candidate for the Associate Recruiter role is comfortable and confident with candidate and client interaction, has the initiative to lead assignments with minimal guidance or supervision, and is outgoing and engaging. They are meticulously organized, with exceptional project management capabilities, and incorporate high attention to detail in their work. They have an inherent interest in finance. Previous experience in Executive Search, Investment Banking, Investing, Consulting, and Business Development, or a demonstrated time commitment to campus involvement, community service work, and/or related leadership activity is preferred. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree.
