Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates at schematic and design development level of design.
- Provide value engineering services.
- Set up work breakdown structure.
- Prepare task orders.
- Review and estimate change orders.
- Reconcile with GC’s or peer review estimator.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or closely related field.
- Desire to pursue a career in estimating / cost management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-directed with high integrity – takes pride in work.
- Demonstrates good written and oral communications and team skills.
