What you will do:
  • complete the preparation cash management reports;
  • track and monitor expenditures including providing statistical information and analysis;
  • review payments and financial documents;
  • drawdown of Federal Funds;
  • assist in the year-end accrual process;
  • reconciliation of Records.
Education/Licenses:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is required, Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. 
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • knowledge of Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), practices, and standards;
  • knowledge of the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applicable accounting software.
