Capital Project and Program Controls Analyst (Analyst II) | City of Portland Bureau of Human Resources

The Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) is seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of Analyst II in the Capital Project Management Office (PMO).

This position is senior analyst in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Program Controls Division, which is responsible for program-wide oversight of the capital program, budget development, processes and procedures, and change management controls for hundreds of individual infrastructure capital projects. This division also plans the long-term (5-year and 10-year) CIP, working closely with the BES Finance Division and other workgroups. This position works with multiple project managers and staff across the bureau to support, analyze and monitor capital projects in an assigned portfolio and is critical to the success of individual projects and the CIP as a whole.

This position is eligible for Language Pay Differential for qualifying employees.
