Job Title: Entry-Level Java Engineers
Location: Various locations in US
GenSpark is looking to Hire, Train and Deploy Entry-Level Java Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates with a Computer Science or Information Technology degree, Veterans with relevant experience, or individuals with a background in IT looking to upskill.
Job Requirements:
· BS/BA required
· 1-3 years of programming experience preferred, strong desire to learn and grow required
· Previous experience in object-oriented programming, Java, .Net, or Python helpful, not required
*Preferred skills: Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest webservices
- Proficient in Java, Web Services and databases.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Basic understanding of JVM, J2EE, CSS3, HTML5, Spring and hibernate.
- Familiarity with build tools
- Debugging Skills
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Exposure to Agile.
· Strong skills in communication, motivation and self-discipline
