Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Highway Maintenance Worker 2 for the regional maintenance organization in North Central Region. These positions will operate a wide variety of highway equipment and tools and be responsible for maintenance and repair of highways and highway structures to ensure the safe and efficient movement of people and commerce. These positions will perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks and may occasionally lead a crew in the absence of a Highway Maintenance Worker 3.
Area 1: Wenatchee and surrounding areas (Chelan, Waterville, Leavenworth, Blewett and Stevens Passes).
Area 2: Ephrata and surrounding areas (George, Moses Lake, Othello).
Area 3: Okanogan and surrounding areas (Tonasket, Twisp, Brewster, Coulee City, Electric City, Mansfield).
