Growth Marketing Associate

Role Description

Research, develop, and execute a marketing campaign for a STEM focused EdTech Startup. With the tools provided (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linktree, Discord, Social logins, etc.) and quarterly budget the associate will determine the most efficient means to produce and disseminate promotional content with the direct intent to increase page visits/signups to stemlink.net.

**Work can be done entirely remotely

Key Results

  • Review of public content/posts and propose new language for search engine optimization
  • Increase targeted page visits by 20%
  • Increase account sign-ups AND/OR Social follows AND/OR Discord membership by 50%
  • Reduce bounce rate to 40%

Desired skills and experience

  • Knowledgeable of internet culture and trends.
  • Frequent user of at least 2 of the following services: Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube.
  • Some experience with analytics software (ex: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Matomo)
  • Some experience with marketing tools (ex: SEO, lead management, email/marketing automation)
  • Adobe Suite experience is a plus but not necessary.
