The People and Culture Intern is an essential member of the HR team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our employees. The People and Culture Intern assists with general Human Resources administrative tasks including Employee Housing responsibilities. The People and Culture Intern may assist various departments through their internship including Purchasing and Finance.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for service and passion for Human Resources! This position is an entry level position; however previous work experience in hospitality is preferred. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. The People and Culture Intern position requires applicants to have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays. 
-Some travel may be required.
-Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
-A Human Resources or Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.
-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
