Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
- Work on a variety of process improvement and daily operations projects, past projects include:
- Develop processes to support our telematics portal customer on-boarding initiative
- Support global telematics customer service operations, including managing daily audits, reports, activating service contracts, root cause analysis and response, among other activities
- Create corrective processes to drive required monthly activities for Oracle Subscription Manager
As part of our team we will:
- Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
Must haves:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management or similar field or graduated within last two years
- Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 3 months
- Outstanding time and project management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new software tools
Nice to haves:
- Ability to work in Bothell, WA
- Minimum 2 years of college completed
- Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive
- Data entry, customer service, and/or lean experience
