Telematics Operations Intern

Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
  • Work on a variety of process improvement and daily operations projects, past projects include:
  • Develop processes to support our telematics portal customer on-boarding initiative
  • Support global telematics customer service operations, including managing daily audits, reports, activating service contracts, root cause analysis and response, among other activities
  • Create corrective processes to drive required monthly activities for Oracle Subscription Manager
 
As part of our team we will:
  • Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
 
Must haves:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management or similar field or graduated within last two years
  • Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 3 months
  • Outstanding time and project management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new software tools
 
Nice to haves:
  • Ability to work in Bothell, WA
  • Minimum 2 years of college completed
  • Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive
  • Data entry, customer service, and/or lean experience
