Gender and Anti-Trafficking Officer (GEN00000P)

The OSCE Program Office in Dushanbe is seeking a Gender and Anti-Trafficking Officer (GEN00000P), a senior professional with a degree in a relevant or gender related field, having 6+ years of progressively responsible professional experience. The position requires: leadership and management skills, including on strategic planning, issues related to public communication, budgeting, human resources, administrative and financial matters; excellent command of project cycle management from project development through monitoring and evaluation to financial and narrative reporting; working knowledge of Russian; demonstrated ability to work with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, gender and diverse political views while maintaining impartiality. Desirable: previous international field work experience in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), especially in Central Asia; working knowledge of Tajik.
