Quality Control Associate

This incumbent’s main responsibilities include 1) working with other risk management related personnel to build sustainable and repeatable processes for producing risk reports; 2) handling the branch’s risk management related task including, but not limit to high level credit review, data analysis, quality assurance test, project coordination etc.

Job Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to

Risk Management and Reporting
·        Support all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management program, such as Risk Assessment, Risk Issues tracking and reporting
·        Understand the similarities and differences for all other risk assessment activities across the organization and working to harmonize these assessments
·        Perform high-level review on underwriting package including financial reports, credit recommendation reports, periodic loan reviews, Post Lending Management tickler etc.
·        Working with various teams to promote common sets of tools for risk assessments across the organization
·        Perform periodic RCSA Control Test, Quality Assurance Test and track the status of action plan related to findings

Compliance
·        Work with other departments within the branch to complete all projects and initiatives in accordance to regulatory requirements
·        Ensure the branch’s risk management is in line with Banks’ Risk Governance Framework
·        Review and update each department’s Policy & Procedure and workflow periodically according to risk management requirements
·        Work closely with all departments in the branch to ensure data integrity in all uses
 
Job Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s degree or above with major in finance, accounting, economics, and other related disciplines preferred
·        1+ year of banking or financial sector experience
·        Good communication skills, and demonstrate understanding of financial statements as well as general knowledge of corporate banking
·        Bilingual in English & Mandarin highly preferred, but not required
