Transit Program Coordinator

THE POSITION

Provide oversight of the transit management company and ensure City and transit management company compliance with federal regulations including grant administration, financial reporting, budgeting, and procurement in order to provide effective public transit. Coordinate professional transit program planning and business operations.

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, urban planning, or related field and a minimum of two (2) years’ highly relevant experience in public transit; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
 
Possession of a valid driver’s license is desirable.
