Recruiting Manager

Job Description
The Recruiting Manager is primarily responsible for technical and leadership recruiting in addition to managing the talent acquisition team. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for ensuring a strong talent pipeline, welcoming employee onboard, and positively influencing the company culture through effective selection techniques.

Essential Job functions:
  • Responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Talent Acquisition and onboarding of new members of the team.
  • Responsible for sourcing, evaluation, and selection of employees at all levels of the company globally.
  • Responsible for maintenance and support of the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Responsible for the efficient and effective on-boarding process and administration of new hire orientation.
  • Responsible to ensure Hamilton hires a diverse, inclusive, and capable workforce.
  • Responsible to ensure recruiting efforts, hiring data, and promotion data are maintained consistent with the needs of the AAP.
  • Responsible for recruiting a workforce that drives innovation and builds a collaborative culture that supports exponential growth.
  • Responsible for developing and reporting on talent acquisition metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, sourcing effectiveness, selection success, etc.)
  • Good reliability, attendance, and punctuality.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field from not-for-profit regionally accredited University.
  • Professional certification in Recruiting or Human Resources preferred.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or life science industry preferred.
  • Position requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
