Job Summary/General Purpose of Job
This position is responsible for leading and preforming projects to meet the Center for Innovation’s strategic goals. This Includes liaising with IT team, members and working collaboratively on cross-functional teams including serving as staff council to the Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services. Must understand and follow established project methodology and document and analyze business processes, project requirements, and procedures to help ensure project success.  Responsible for tactical delivery of research based projects, technology implementation and multimedia presentations.  Must have experience with Data Visualization.
 
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Lead and collaborate in the development of assigned project(s) and take point on implementation and communications.
Document project procedures and establish metrics to gauge project success. Oversee testing against metrics, and recommend modifications, as needed, to ensure project(s) meet objectives, are operationally efficient, and are compliant with all relevant internal and external guidelines.
Oversee and preforms online strategies related to assigned project(s). This may include website, online communities, social media and online publications.
Serves as a resource person for both internal and external audiences regarding assigned project(s). Manages the data collection and evaluation efforts of project activities.

Required Education, Qualifications, Experience
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 
At least five (5) years’ experience in program development and / or project management, preferably in an association, service-oriented, or education environment.
At least three (3) years’ experience in data collection, analysis and visualization.
Demonstrated written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with low code or no code software, such as after pattern.
At least (2) years experience in research project and reports.
 
Preferred Education, Qualifications, Experience
Previous experience running projects in a virtual environment.
Possession of a J.D.
Understanding of non-profit association organization processes.
Experience building and maintaining websites.
