Consumer Marketing and Product MBA Summer 2022 Internship

You’ll be front and center, hands-on and contributing your creative energy, and the skills and experiences you’ve gained in your MBA program to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Marketing and Products Organization that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with marketing and product leaders to champion, develop, manage and drive key relationships that are critical to the success of our business and impact our customers. You'll learn from the best minds in the industry and improve your knowledge in an environment that’s dedicated to industry superiority.
You may have the opportunity to:
  • Commercial Planning & 5G Program - work with the team to help launch and execute new Home and Mobile programs.
  • Segmentation Marketing - analyze both Macro/Micro segments and consumer insights to create new value propositions/pricing plans for our Prepaid and Consumer Loyalty Programs.
  • Device & Product Marketing - contribute to the delivery of a compelling portfolio of next-generation product solutions that create meaningful experiences for consumers by enabling them to seamlessly manage their digital lives.
  • Marketing Operations - work with our Marketing Operations team to contribute to Verizon’s Go-To-Market, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, overall Marketing Plan and Internal Events.
  • Value Based Marketing - work with senior members to support Verizon’s Marketing Lifecycle Management and Retention, along with our Direct Marketing and CRM Operations through Base Analytics.
You must be currently enrolled in a degree program and be in good academic standing to be considered.

You'll need to have:
  • Current enrollment in a MBA program majoring in Marketing, Entertainment and Media Technology, Product Management, Market Research, Business or Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related field, with an expected completion date between December 2022 and June 2023.
  • Four or more years of experience in marketing, data analytics, media, design, finance, consulting, product management or product development, or a related field.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ.
Even better if you have:
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Competitive analysis, customer requirements analytics/management and product management – pricing, positioning, requirements, distribution, marketing and launch, market research.
  • Knowledge of consumer, enterprise or telecom products and market.
  • Strong leadership, presentation and technical skills.
