Sales Management Trainee

The Eastridge Sales Management Trainee program is designed to introduce you to sales processes, cutting-edge technology, and ongoing training and mentorship to cultivate the skills and knowledge to succeed in all aspects of our business: sales strategy, operations, customer service, technology, legal, and more.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: 
  • Full sales cycle, from inside sales to outside sales tasks
  • Experience in Retail, Life Science, Finance or Professional industries or B2B sales huge PLUS
  • Prospecting new clients and offer our Core Service for our Manufacturing & Distribution, Administrative and Professional Services divisions
  • Cold calling potential mid-large size companies
  • Schedule sales appointments (Video call meetings and/or drop in visits)
  • Present and Negotiate proposals
  • Participate in public relations activities & associations for networking purposes (Trade Shows or even webinars)
  • Travel is expected on this position eventually in non-covid time

  • Love interacting with clients especially traveling to their offices for on-site meetings
  • Possess the ability to build loyalty and relationships with clients
