I-O Internship
Dim Events, LLC is looking to build an experience where you will be able to learn the ins and outs of new ways to create a cohesive work force. During your internship period, we put together a mini agency where interns from different programs have the ability to come together to work on client projects, research/strategize, and brainstorm ideas to build the client’s brand. If you are the type of person who enjoys start up culture, possesses a desire to learn and develop inventive methods that respond to business needs, has a serve first attitude, and loves coming up with ideas on how to create a great environment for everyone to thrive in, then this internship may be for you! Our business has put together a national music and wine tasting tour, created event concepts around influencers, and built our branded video content as well.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Job duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Come up with weekly ideas on how to reinvent the industry and work processes
- Assist with the backend process of people coordination (job descriptions, employment applications, hiring needs)
- Collect and analyze new hire, turnover, and engagement data and recommend best practices.
- Adapt research practices to meet business needs
- Consolidate data findings into concise, actionable and easy-to-understand charts and/or presentations.
- Plan and coordinate the administrative function of Dim events
- Track and analyze team/interns struggles and growth opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS WE'D LOVE YOU TO HAVE:
- College Degree (In progress or completed)
- Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar area
- Willingness to learn
