Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.  The Inside Sales Associate position interacts directly with customers that reach out via the USA Sealing service email or phone number to provide valued customer service, generate sales, and help to build and maintain customer relationship. Inside Sales Associates answer inquires from both Distribution Partners and OEM Customers involving pricing and availability for potential orders, estimated ship dates for existing orders, and technical information regarding our products. In addition, an Inside Sales Associate would help resolve issues with orders placed by customers resulting from extended lead times, damaged or defective products, and incorrect shipments.

Responsibilities
  •  Analyzing existing price levels, gross margins, size of the opportunity, and outside competition to provide appropriate pricing to customers
  • Understanding and working with out supply chain to source and quote custom parts our customers inquire about
  • Analyzing current inventory, production estimates, and shipping schedules from supplies to advise accurate lead times to customers
  • Working internally with members of the shipping and production teams and externally with suppliers to expedite orders and provide expected ship dates to meet customer expectations
  • Answering technical inquires regarding our products (Dimensions, certifications, appearance, etc.)
  • Resolving issues with orders received by customers. Issuing returns, refunds, and replacements as needed
  • Cancelling orders per customer request if they are eligible for cancellation
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills
  • Fluent in Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Concate, filtering and sorting data, formatting presentable documents)
  • Familiar with Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Prior experience in sales/customer service is beneficial but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
