Based in Vista, California and Guadalajara, Jalisco, the company will support the America’s long term market development with a broad set of capabilities including local product development, sales, applications, project services, manufacturing and sourcing operations.

The Supply Chain team member’s primary objective is to manage K2’s inventory levels to fill customer orders within the target service levels. The responsibilities will include the following:

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being received;
  • Track, report and inspect all incoming material purchasing, receiving and quality;
  • Report and monitor all incoming discrepancies;
  • Monitor and track repeated quality control issues;
  • Receive inbound material in ERP system and follow processing protocols;

Job Duties

  • Some travel to partners, events and other sites for meetings, trainings etc.
  • Self-Directed, manage multiple priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner;
  • Frequent communications with sales, product management, operations and others;
  • Resolve problems and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Keep current by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications;
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image to partners and customers; 

Knowledge of
  • Relevant degree or in progress
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred

Ability to
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Be highly organized, maintain records and prepare reports
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others

Physical Demands
  • Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking;
  • Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching;
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing;
  • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations;
  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds;
  • Requires activities involving being at customer sites, construction sites, moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
