Crew Scheduler

As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform a variety of technical crew scheduling functions and activities.
  • Maintain necessary communication with all crewmembers, flight control, and station personnel related to crew schedules
  • Continuous monitoring and verification of coverage of all scheduled flights, within FAR regulations
  • Notification of changes to crewmember daily/monthly schedule changes
  • Utilization of reserve crewmembers in the most efficient and expedient method necessary to ensure operational reliability
  • Secure all necessary accommodations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all crewmembers


  • Must be self-motivated and able to proactively identify and prevent potential operational disruptions 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on quality, tone, detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly adapt to changing environments/priorities
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to professionalism
  • Must possess skills to successfully work under tight time constraints and in high stress situations
  • Strong organizational skills and an aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations using both decimals and hours/minutes
  • Must be able to accurately follow written and verbal instructions

  • Must be available to work all shifts designated within Crew Support onsite, including midnight shifts, weekend, and holiday schedules. Shifts are rotating and availability for any of these shifts (day, night, and graveyard) is required. 
  • This is a seniority based schedule. Shifts are bid on quarterly.
  • Shift work typically consists of 4 days on and 3 days off, but is not limited to this.
  • Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
