Management Consultant (Localization QA Project Analyst)

Machine Zone, Inc. seeks Management Consultant (Localization QA Project Analyst) in Las Vegas, NV:

Job Duties: Analyze workflows, communication, and procedures between internal teams and Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) outsourcing partners in order to advise MZ management on potential inefficiencies and ways to improve. Review project risks to advise management on potential mitigation strategies. Analyze, gather data, and assess MZs Localization process to solve problems and issues in procedures. Interview MZ personnel (and partners) on the MZ Localization roadmap and schedule to find and bring efficiency in LQA resource allocation. Research new LQA tools and recommend better efficient ways to utilize current tools. Monitor day to day LQA procedures to advise on procedural changes over time. Provide internal LQA recommendations and solutions to management through presentations or written reports. Seek for ways to improve utilizing LQA outsourcing partners and present to management with solutions. Frequently create solutions or tools through programming skills (VBA, python), IT knowledge, or expert (actual expert) spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets). Telecommuting permitted.

 

Minimum Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in the field of project management or quality assurance.

 

Special Skill Requirements: 1. Processing for quality control, VR Testing, and performance reviews; 2. Creating project specific tools; 3. Scripting and macros for frequently repeated tasks; 4. Designing and maintaining text management ecosystems; 5. Creating processes for internal and external review of deliverables; 6. Creating spend reports, invoices, and tracking funds versus work remaining; and 7. Expertise in Localization QA to define strategies and tools for testing. Telecommuting permitted.
