JOB POSITION: ASSOCIATE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER

With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Junction is a fully integrated real estate firm with a track record of providing outstanding service and returns to our clients, investors, and partners. The person selected for this position will join our commercial land and industrial brokerage team in Houston. As a part of our team, this individual will have the opportunity to broker deals across the State of Texas. Our Brokers understand that consistently providing value to our clients with integrity will continue to keep our team being recognized with such distinctions as Brokers of the Year or Heavy Hitters from notable organizations such as the Houston Business Journal, NAIOP, REDNews, and CCIM. 
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions and duties of the position are listed below.
»     Research property ownership records, market data and industry trends;
»     Prospect new and nurture existing client relationships;
»     Attend local networking and industry events;
»     Produce and present marketing proposals to clients;
»     Negotiate exclusive listing agreements;
»     Market listings to buyers and negotiate offers;
»     Advise clients on their individual real estate investment strategies and goals.

EDUCATION & LICENSING
»     Bachelor’s degree in a related field from 4-year college or university;
»     Graduate degree is a plus, but not required;
»     Texas Real Estate Salesperson / Broker license preferred, but not immediately required.
