Church Planter
Share your love for Jesus and your spiritual gifts as part of a church planting team among people groups with little or no knowledge of the gospel. World Team currently works in 28 countries around the world and is looking for more teammates for each!
Church planting teams each use different skills and gifts to transform their community and share the gospel. Often, the process follows the basic outline below:
- Learn the language and culture of your new home
- Build intentional relationships in the new context
- Share the gospel in a culturally relevant and sensitive way and pray for lives to be changed.
- Disciple new believers by reading scripture and doing life together.
- Develop national leaders to assume leadership of a church activities and make disciples.
- Step back and allow national leaders to lead the church amongst their own people!
