Sales Representative

What you'll do:
  • Become an expert at articulating Team Engine’s value to the deskless workforce.
  • Proactively reach out to businesses nationwide and create a lasting and positive first impression of Team Engine.
  • Build and manage your pipeline via high-volume outbound phone and email activity.
  • Consult with prospects to determine whether Team Engine can solve their people challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build a strong pipeline of demo appointments with promising opportunities.
  • Play a key role building and shaping a fast-growing, early stage company.
  • Maintain the accuracy of our database.
  • Learn about different opportunities for career progression in growing software company.
What it takes to be successful:
  • Motivation to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Intellectual curiosity and positivity.
  • Growth mindset and ability to receive and implement feedback.
  • 1-3+ years experience in a high volume outbound sales role is helpful, but not required.
