Minimum Requirements:
- Valid State of Michigan Elementary Teaching Certification
- Must meet NCLB Highly qualified requirements as defined by the Michigan Department of Education
- Ability to differentiate instruction
- Knowledgeable regarding the use of technology to enhance instruction
- Ability to design units of instruction that are high quality and rigorous
- Positive and effective classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
- Passion for kids, teaching and learning
- Middle school and/or High school certification(If applicable)
Pansophia Academy is a small Public School academy located in south Central Michigan (K-12). The academy focuses on educating the whole child, meeting their needs academically, socially and emotionally. We pride ourselves in fostering great relationships with students and families.
